Candied Apples With Almond Topping Recipe

Directions
Combine apricot jam, sugar, water, apple juice, and orange rind in large saucepan; heat 5 minutes.
Cut apples in half; remove cores and peel.
Place apples in hot syrup; cover and cook slowly until apples are tender but not mushy.
