Ingredients
2 acorn squash
4 tablespoons "lite" maple syrup
2 teaspoons low-fat margarine
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
Cut squash in half and remove seeds and stringy parts.
Place halves, cut side up, in baking dish.
Put 1 tablespoon syrup and 1/2 teaspoon margarine in each half.
Sprinkle with allspice, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
