Ingredients
| 6 tablespoons Roquefort cheese | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Teaspoon | |
| White bread slice | 3 | |
| Caviar | 6 Tablespoon | |

Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine butter, sour cream, and Roquefort cheese.
2) Toast bread and spread the cheese mixture.
3) Garnish with caviar and add a pinch of lemon.
SERVING
4) Cut each slice into four equal halves and serve.
