 1 package Betty Crocker® au gratin potatoes
 Chicken broth1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix potatoes, Sauce Mix, broth, water, carrots, and celery in 3-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes or snipped parsley, if desired.
