Canadian Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package Betty Crocker® au gratin potatoes | ||
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix potatoes, Sauce Mix, broth, water, carrots, and celery in 3-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes or snipped parsley, if desired.
