Ganache Recipe
Ingredients
5 oz. milk
4 oz. cream
32 oz. milk chocolate (melted over double boiler)
3 oz. rum or desired liquor (opt.)
Directions
Scald milk and cream.
Add milk chocolate.
Stir until smooth.
Add liquor.
Set in refrigerator until cool.
Candy: Use as is or whip until light.
Form centers by hand or with pastry bag in desired shapes.
Cool, then dip in melted chocolate.
Decorate to your liking.
