Ingredients

 
Luncheon meat - 1 can (1 lb.)
 
Fat - 1 tablespoon
 
Onion - 1 1/2 cups, chopped
 
Celery - 1/4 cup, chopped
 
Tomatoes - 2 cups, canned
 
Dried beans - 1 cup, cooked
 
Salt - 11/2 teaspoons
 
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
 
Spaghetti - 1/4 pound, uncooked

Directions

GETTING READY
1. To prepare the luncheon meat cut it into cubes.

MAKING
2. In a large skillet brown the cubed meat in fat and push to one side.
3. Add onions and celery and brown lightly.
4. Add tomatoes, beans, seasonings and the uncooked spaghetti.
5. Cook slowly for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
6. Serve the spaghetti hot with any sauce if desired.
