Directions
MAKING
1. Wet the rim of the champagne glass. Dip the rim of the champagne glass in pop rocks.
2. Place a small amount of peppermint cotton candy in the glass and pour the champagne over the cotton candy.

3. Serve immediately

MAKING
1. Add the three first ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth and strain.
2. Pour two tablespoons of the puree into a glass and top with champagne.

Berry Champagne Mojito
MAKING
1. Thaw berries completely and strain through a sieve. Use the back of a spoon to release all the juice.
2. Add simple syrup. You may also blend berries and then strain.
3. Place mint and lime juice in a glass and muddle.
Add rum, berry puree or juice (any variety).
4. Top with champagne
