MAKING
1. Wet the rim of the champagne glass. Dip the rim of the champagne glass in pop rocks.
2. Place a small amount of peppermint cotton candy in the glass and pour the champagne over the cotton candy.

1. Add the three first ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth and strain.
