Ingredients

 Breadcrumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Celery seed1 Teaspoon
 Sesame seed1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 1 small round of Camembert cheese, chilled
 1/2 French baguette, sliced and toasted on both sides
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash

Directions

Mix breadcrumbs with garlic, parsley and seasonings; set aside.
Remove soft crust from sides of cheese.
Lightly scrape top and bottom with knife.
Place cheese in bowl with breadcrumbs and coat.
Remove cheese and set on cutting board; flatten with rolling pin.
Turn cheese over, sprinkle with more breadcrumbs and roll again.
Repeat procedure using all breadcrumbs and rolling until cheese is 1/4 in (0.65 cm) thick.
Using cookie cutter about the same size as the bread slices, cut out pieces of cheese and set on bread.
Broil 2 minutes in oven.
