Camembert Cream Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 ounces Camembert cheese, trimmed of rind and softened to room temperature | ||
| Softened cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Buttermilk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cream cheeses together, add remaining ingredients, and beat well; cover and chill 1-2 hours.
Beat well just before serving.
Use to dresi any crisp green salad.
