Calypso Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 15 Milliliter | |
| Coffee | 750 Milliliter | |
| Rum | 80 Milliliter | |
| Kahlua | 80 Milliliter | |
| Whipping cream | 125 Milliliter | |
| 4 maraschino cherries, stem on | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Heat together the coffee, rum, sugar and kahlua.
2) Pour the mixture into sugar rimmed cups.
3) Float whipped cream on top of the prepared coffee mugs.
SERVING
4) Serve as preferred after garnishing with cherry.
