Calvados Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup Calvados (apple brandy)
1/3 cup apple cider
Salt and white pepper, to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a small heavy saucepan.
Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
Boil, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or longer until liquid is reduced to 1 cup.
