Directions

MAKING
1) First hydrate the spring roll wrappers by dipping them in cold water, one at a time.
2) Place the wrapper on a board or mat and place the lettuce in the center.
3) Top the lettuce with the imitation meat and then place avocado on the top. Finally, add the shredded cabbage.
4) Fold the wrapper and enclose all the ingredients in it.
5) Let the rolls sit for a few minutes. The wrappers will harden a little bit then.

SERVING
6) Serve the spring rolls at room temperature while they are still fresh. Serve with your choice of dip. These make an excellent appetizer.
