California Mixed Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 12 oz package frozen peaches, defrosted
1 12 oz package frozen raspberries, defrosted
1/4 cup frozen lemonade, defrosted
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 4 oz can frozen orange juice, defrosted
1 large banana, diced
1/2 cup seeded green grapes
1/4 cup walnut halves
1/2 cup pitted dates, sliced
Directions
Reserve juice from thawed peaches and raspberries.
Pour lemonade over peaches.
Soften gelatin in cold water then dissolve in hot water.
Add salt, sugar, orange juice, peach juice and raspberry juice to gelatin.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken, then fold in peaches, raspberries, banana, grapes, walnuts and dates.
Pour into a large fruit design mold and chill until firm.
Serve with creamy mayonnaise dressing.
