California Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Wheat germ | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Avocado | 6 | |
| Hamburger buns | 2 |
Directions
Preheat browning dish according to manufacturer's directions.
Combine beef, wheat germ, walnuts, and green onion.
Mix well.
Shape into 2 patties.
Place patties on browning dish and cook on HI, 1 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Turn patties over and cook on HI, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over patties and cook on HI, 1 minute, or until cheese begins to melt.
Place patties in buns, top with avocado slices, and serve.
