Ingredients
| 2 oranges, pared and sectioned | ||
| Avocado | 1 , sliced | |
| Alfalfa sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bottled sweet-and-sour salad dressing | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
Directions
Arrange orange sections and avocado on 4 salad plates.
Top each with 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts.
Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with onions.
Sprinkle with chopped toasted almonds if desired.
