California Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| French Beans | 25 Gram | |
| Fresh pineapple - 50 grams or 2 ounces slice or 2 rings | ||
| Pineapple canned in natural juice - as needed | ||
| Celery stick | 1 | |
| Onion | 25 Gram | |
| Oil-free French dressing - 5 millilitres or 1 teaspoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Peel orange and cut into thin slices.
2. Dice celery, beans and pineapple.
3. Finely chop onion.
MAKING
4. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients with French dressing.
FINALISING
5. Refrigerate salad for 30 minutes for the flavours to merge.
SERVING
6. Serve chilled California Salad in a nice salad plate.
