California Roll Sushi Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 sheet of nori, cut in half | ||
| Sushi rice | 250 Milliliter | |
| Dijon Mustard | 5 Milliliter | |
| 1 small finely sliced cucumber | ||
| 1 sliced fine avocado | ||
| 250 ml cooked crab meat | ||
Directions
Lay the nori flat, spread with a thin layer of rice.
Turn over and spread with mustard.
Layer with cucumber, avocado and crab meat.
Roll in jelly roll fashion.
Wrap with a piece of plastic wrap.
Roll tightly, remove wrap and cut into 8 slices.
Serve.
