California Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked red potatoes - 1/2 pound, pared and diced | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Red bell pepper | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Medium avocado - 1/3 (about 2 ounces), pared and diced | ||
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
| Italian flat leaf parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a medium mixing bowl and add all ingredients into it.
2. Using a rubber scraper, mix well to coat.
SERVING
3.Serve immediately.
