California Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 large lean pork chops | ||

| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |

| 3/4-1 1/4 cups water or bouillon | ||
| Flour | 2 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| Chinese soy sauce | ||
Directions
1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary and brown in butter or margarine. Remove from pan and add water or bouillon to pan.
2. Add flour, lemon juice, sugar, and soy sauce to pan. Let pork chops simmer in sauce for 10-15 minutes, covered.
