 4 large lean pork chops
 Salt To Taste

 Rosemary
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Parsley
 Lemon
 3/4-1 1/4 cups water or bouillon
 Flour2 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Granulated Sugar3 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon (Sauce:)
 Chinese soy sauce

Directions

1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary and brown in butter or margarine. Remove from pan and add water or bouillon to pan.
2. Add flour, lemon juice, sugar, and soy sauce to pan. Let pork chops simmer in sauce for 10-15 minutes, covered.
