California Onion Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onion package | 1 | |
| Dairy sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Flour tortillas | 8 | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
In a small bowl, combine green onion dip mix, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat broiler if necessary.
Place oven rack for 5 to 8 inches from heating element.
Arrange 2 tortillas in a single layer on each of 2 ungreased baking sheets.
Spread cheese mixture evenly over tortillas; top with remaining tortillas.
Brush tops evenly with oil.
Broil tortilla stacks until puffy and lightly browned.
Turn bottom sides up and brush with oil.
Repeat broiling.
Cut each sandwich into 8 wedges; serve warm.
