Ingredients
| 7 fresh snow peas | ||

| 3 ounces small raw shrimp, peeled and deveined | ||

Directions
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup salted water to a boil.
Add snow peas; boil 1 minute.
Add red pepper; boil 2 more minutes.
Drain and immediately rinse with cold water; set aside.
In a 6-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add shrimp; saute until shrimp aire opaque, about 4 minutes.
Add beaten eggs.
Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs just begin to set.
Add snow peas, pepper, and parsley; cook and stir until eggs are almost set.
Cook without stirring for 1 minute more or until bottom is set.
Season to taste; garnish with dill sprigs.
