| Monterey jack cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parsley - 2 tablespoons, dried flakes | ||
| Lemon pepper seasoning | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Artichoke Hearts - 1 can of 14-ounce, drained | ||
| Cheddar Cheese - shredded | ||
| Ripe olives | 16 Ounce, pitted | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato Slices - for garnish | ||
| Parsley Sprigs - for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and aluminium-wrap a baking sheet.
2) Slice the French Bread into two long halves and place each half on the baking sheet. Scoop out the bread in chunks from the centre leaving only the crusts behind.
MAKING
3) In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic and sesame seeds. Add in the scooped out bread chunks and fry till they absorb the flavored butter and turn golden brown.
4) Take the skillet off the heat. In a bowl, add in sour cream, monterey and parmesan cheeses, parsley and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix well.
5) Into the bowl, add artichoke hearts and toasted bread chunks. Mix all well and scoop a portion out into the two emptied bread crusts each.
6) Sprinkle the top with grated cheddar cheese.
7) Bake for 30 minutes.
