California Fancy Recipe
All I can say about this California Fancy is YUM! This California Fancy as a Snack is a winner! If you have a lot of Beef on hand then you know its time to make some California Fancy. Trust me when I say, you have to try California Fancy.
Ingredients
5 ounces ground beef chuck
1 kaiser roll
1 lettuce leaf
1 slice Bermuda onion
1 slice tomato
1/4 avocado
2 slices cooked bacon
Garnish:
Pickle spear
Directions
Make a hamburger patty from the ground chuck; broil the meat until done.
Split and toast the roll.
Place lettuce, onion, and tomato on the bottom half of the roll.
Top that with the hamburger, avocado, and bacon.
Cover the sandwich with the other half of the roll.
Garnish with a pickle spear.
