 1 package (1 pound dried prunes
 2 cups reconstituted frozen pineapple-orange juice

Directions

MAKING
1. In a 6 cup baking dish, place dried prunes, add pineapple-orange juice and let it soak over night covered at room temperature.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 180 Degrees Celsuis, and place the baking dish of prunes to cook/bake for 5-10 minutes. Remove and serve warm
SERVING
3. Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream
