4 cups finely shredded cabbage
 
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
 
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
 
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
 
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1/4 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
Dash each pepper and paprika
 
1 avocado

Directions

Combine the cabbage with the celery, cucumber, green pepper, onions, and parsley.
You may do this ahead; cover and chill.
For the dressing combine the lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, sugar, pepper, and paprika; mix until smooth.
