California Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Avocados | 2 , diced | |
| Green pepper | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Scallions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of a lemon | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pinch of paprika | ||
Directions
1) Combine the chicken, avocados, green pepper, celery, and scallions together. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne, salt, and pepper together.
2) Pour the tangy dressing over the chicken. Lightly toss and-sprinkle with paprika.
