Ingredients

 Romaine lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs), mixed
 1 cup small raw spinach leaves or watercress, stems trimmed
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 cups orange segments
 Cooked ham1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
 Cooked chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
 Swiss Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
 Favorite French dressing
 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Tear salad greens with hands into bite-size pieces and put in the bowl.
2) Add spinach leaves, celery, orange segments, ham, chicken, and Swiss cheese.
3) Mix and toss with French dressing.
4) Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

SERVING
5) Decorate with hard-cooked egg slices on top.
