California Caviar Dip Recipe

 Â¾ Cup crème fraiche
 ? Cup cream cheese
 Chives1 Tablespoon, chopped
 2oz. California Caviar Trout roe
 2oz. California Caviar Whitefish roe
 2oz. California Caviar Bowfin roe
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a glass or cermic bowl, whisk together crème fraiche and cream cheese until smooth. Right before serving, lightly fold in chives and caviar with a spatula until just combined being careful not to break the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Place bowl over ice and serve immediately with a thin lightly salted or unsalted tortilla or potato chip.
