California Avocado Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocados | 2 | |
| 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced | ||
| 2 pink grapefruit, cut into segments | ||
| 1 orange, cut into segments | ||
| Shrimp | 1/3 Pound | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tabasco sauce, to taste | ||
| Lemon slices | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– Slice avocados in half and scoop out pulp without damaging shell, then cut pulp into pieces and set aside.
– In a bowl, combine all other ingredients except for the chives, celery seeds and lemon. Add avocado pulp, fill shells with mixture and garnish with chives, celery seeds or lemon slices.
