2 avocados
 
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
 
2 pink grapefruit, cut into segments
 
1 orange, cut into segments
 
1/3 lb (150 g) cooked shrimp
 
1/2 Cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
 
2 tbsp (30 ml) chives
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) ketchup
 
Tabasco sauce, to taste
 
Salt and pepper
 
Chives (optional)
 
Celery seeds (optional)
 
Lemon slices

Directions

–  Slice avocados in half and scoop out pulp without damaging shell, then cut pulp into pieces and set aside.
–  In a bowl, combine all other ingredients except for the chives, celery seeds and lemon. Add avocado pulp, fill shells with mixture and garnish with chives, celery seeds or lemon slices.
