Calico Vegetable Molds Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup cooked drained sliced or diced carrots | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked or canned drained peas | ||
| Radish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons green-onion slices | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add vinegar and salt.
Chill till partially set.
Add vegetables.
Pour into individual molds.
Chill till set.
Unmold on salad greens.
Trim with radish roses, if desired.
Pass bowl of mayonnaise or salad dressing.
