 Potatoes5 Medium, sliced
 2 cups drained cooked cut green beans
 Beets1 8 Ounce, drained
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Radishes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
 Horseradish1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Chill the vegetables thoroughly (cut larger beets in half).
Combine, and season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, toss vegetable mixture with 1 cup Horseradish Dressing.
Makes 8 servings.
Horseradish Dressing: Blend 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish.
Add 1 cup clear French dressing, stirring till smooth.
Chill.
