Ingredients
| Whole kernel corn | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Sugar - 2 to 3 tablespoons | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Water - As required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Add sufficient amount of water to reserved liquid to equal 1 1/4 cups. Pour into a glass bowl.
2) To this liquid, add celery, green pepper, onion and sugar.
3) Heat on high power for 4 to 6 minutes.
4) Blend cornstarch with vinegar and add to the bowl.
5) Heat this mixture on high power for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
7) Add corn and pimento and chill before serving.
