Caldo Verde Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups spinach leaves cut in thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
1 soup can water
Generous dash hot pepper sauce
Directions
In saucepan, cook spinach in olive oil until tender.
Stir in soup, water, and pepper sauce.
Heat; stir now.
