 Squid, cleaned and peeled 8
 Flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sage1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Pinch
 Oil4 Ounce
 White wine2 Ounce
 Juice of 2 lemons
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Cut squid into bite size pieces, and dredge in flour seasoned with sage and pepper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the squid for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the wine, lemon juice and butter, then simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste with salt.
Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
