Directions

GETTING READY
1.Insert a clove in both the halves.

MAKING
2.In a gallon of water, boil onion halves along with bay leaf and peppercorns for 15 minutes.
3.Take the calamari, clean it well and take its skin out and put it in the water with onions.
4.After 5 minutes of cooking, take the clamsri out and make long and thin slices of it.
5.In a bowl, put lemon and lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and stir well.
6.Put shrimps with calamari pieces in it and refrigerate.

SERVING
7.Serve cold in dish.
