Calamari Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 ounces cleaned cooked squid, sliced into rounds | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chopped | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley sprigs and lemon slices for garnish | ||
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
