Ingredients

 4 ounces cleaned cooked squid, sliced into rounds
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chopped1 Tablespoon
 Basil1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Extra virgin olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Balsamic vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Parsley sprigs and lemon slices for garnish

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
