 Linguine package1 , cooked, drained
 1 lb. squid, cleaned and cut into
 Calamari1/4 inch
 Garlic2 Teaspoon, minced
 1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
 12 ounces canned chopped clams, rinsed & drained
 Italian tomatoes1 Can (10oz), pureed
 2 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds or fat-free chicken broth
 1/4 -1/2 cup dry white wine or cooking wine
 2 Tbs. Hunts tomato paste
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Basil1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Red pepper1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Lite salt To Taste

Directions

In a large pot, combine tomatoes, 1 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds, or chicken broth, clams, shrimp, wine, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
Heat to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a non-stick skillet, saute garlic and calamari (squid) in 1 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds, or chicken broth.
Cook about 5 minutes or until done.
Add to the tomato mixture.
Simmer 15 minutes.
