Ingredients
3/4 lb. calamari
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. water
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. parsley
Pepper to taste
Directions
Stage1-Clean calamari by removing tentacles and removing inksack and membrane.
Stage2-Slice body sack into circles and cut up tentacles.
Stage3-Melt butter in large frying pan and brown garlic in butter.
Stage4-Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Stage5-Add wine and water to make sauce. Add spices.
Stage6-Add calamari and cook until it turns opaque white.
Stage7-Grind fresh pepper into sauce.
Stage8-Serve over hot noodles. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
