Ingredients

 8 oz/225 g prepared squid, cut into rings
 Plain flour3 Tablespoon
 1 egg, size 3, beaten
 Oil for deep frying
 Salt To Taste
 Lemon slices to garnish

Directions

Rinse and dry the squid.
Dust with flour, then dip in egg.
Heat oil to 350°F 180°C, and fry squid for 3-4 mins, or until golden.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle with salt.
Serve hot with lemon slices.
