Hi Amy, Thanks for these Cake Mix Cookies that look really very delicious! This is one of the few dishes that can made with things that are easily available on hand. Vegetable oil instead of butter is a handy option and you really don't need anything else other than eggs. A dish that you can try anyday anytime anywhere with a few basic ingredients !

Hi foodpsychologist! How have you been? I hope all is well! This is one of the easiest ways to make cookies. Plus, there's so much variety... lemon cake mix with lemon icing is really yummy! Just be careful with that slick parchment paper! HA HA HA! Have a beautiful day.... hugs to you and yours!

Hi perceptiveeye! How have you been? I hope all is going great with you and yours! Thank you for watching. This recipe is almost too easy and there's so many different kinds of cake mixes to try! But, I have to tell you, I bought some snickerdoodle cookies the other day from a bakery and they were to die for! I need to do a video of those cookies sometime. They were almost like a sugar cookie recipe I've got. Oh so good! But when you are short on time and want a variety, these cake mix cookies are great and so versatile! Hugs coming to you and yours! :-)

Hi ifoodiee! How are you? This is a really simple recipe. A home made cake mix should work, although I haven't tried it yet, LOL. I have a couple of cake mix recipes, but shamefully I just grab a ready-made mix from the store. LOL. If you like lemon, you've got to try this with a lemon cake mix and then top it with lemon icing! It is so yummy! I hope all is going great! Thank you so much for watching and be please be careful not to drop those cookies like I did, LOL LOL LOL. I'm such a clutz! :-) Hugs to you and yours!

Hey Amy! It's been long time and how are you? I have always wanted to try out a Cake mix cookie recipe and this seems to be the one I was waiting for! I loved it coz it uses minimum number of ingredients and yes, it seems to be easy too. Do i get to buy readymade cake mix? And i definitely loved the fact that you have used vegeable oil, instead of butter or so; that would really show up less in teh calorie-meter! lol

Hi! How have you been? I hope all is well with you and yours! If you like lemon, you should try a readymade lemon cake mix to make these cookies! And top them with lemon icing! YUMMY! I made another batch of the no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies tonight. Pan is almost gone, LOL. Shame on me. I think I totally BROKE my calorie-meter, HA HA HA! Hope you have a beautiful weekend! Hugs to you sweetie!

Hey Amy, welcome back...I always prefer simple recipes as I don't get much time for cooking. I would like to know how to make cake mix. I think if I make the cake mix at home, it will be more tastier. So, if you have the recipe of cake mix, please let me know...:))

Hi! How are you? I hope all is well with you and yours! Thank you so much for watching the cake mix cookies video! :-) This is an excellent question. Unfortunately, I've always used store bought mixes. Unless I'm making a specific cake like Pineapple Cream Cake or Paul Newman Cake, etc. I will check around and see if I can find a really good cake mix recipe. Thank you again for watching and commenting! Have a beautiful day! :-) Hugs, Amy
