Cake Raisin Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups cake crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Scald milk and raisins together.
Add sugar and butter and cool.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into buttered 1-quart casserole.
Set in a pan of hot water up to the level of the pudding.
Bake in a 375° F.oven about 1 hour.
