Directions

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together 3 times.

Switch sugar to Splenda Blend for less calories and bad carbs! Switch A/P flour to a mixture of oat flour, white whole wheat pastry flour for nutrition and fiber!

Thanks Donna those are great tips to make baking "Healthy." Those on a diet will really be thankful for these tips. A healthy cake almost sounds like an oxymoron! I also like using stevia for sweetening.
