Directions
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees or 375 F.
2. Line loaf tin with paper.
MAKING
3. In a bowl, add milk, self-raising flour, sugar and coconut. Mix it well.
4. Pour this batter into the loaf tin.
5. Bake it in an oven for 40 minutes.
SERVING
6. To serve Coconut Cake remove from paper, slice it and serve it on a plate.
