Cajun-Style Haddock Recipe
Cajun-Style Haddock is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare side dish which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Try this delicious Cajun-Style Haddock; I am sure you will get a huge fan following for this!
Ingredients
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Celery stalks | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| 1/2 medium-size green pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| 3/4 teaspoon dried whole rhyme, crushed | ||
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Haddock fillets | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Rinse fillets with cold water, and pat dry.
Arrange fillets in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily when rested with a fork.
Remove bay leaf from sauce mixture, and discard.
Serve immediately.
