• 1 clove garlic
 
• fresh basil (any other seasoning of choice)
 
• parboiled rice
 
• water
 
• olive oil
 
• ground beef
 
• vegetable seasoning mix
 
• red wine
 
• 3 pressed garlic cloves
 
• canned tomatoes with juice

Directions for preparation:

• Wash the bell peppers thoroughly under water.
• In a pot of water with added salt add in a garlic clove and basil.
• Bring in to a boil and add parboiled rice along with a dash of olive oil to it. Cook till the rice is done.
• In a skillet brown the beef and add the vegetable seasoning mix to it. Cook together.
• In a pot of boiling water, add the bell peppers to make them tender.
• Take the cooked meat out of the skillet and drain off the excess oil.
• Add in the wine to the skillet along with the pressed garlic.
• Add in the drained meat now. Cook to reduce it a little.
• Add some tomato juice. Mix it in.
• Add in some of the rice.
• Hollow out the bell peppers.
• Stuff in the rice and meat mixture in the bell peppers. Top it with some canned tomatoes and the juice from the can
• Put them in a baking pan and add in some water to the pan. Bake them till they are done.
• Make some cheese sauce.
• Serve the bell peppers with rice and a side of cheese sauce over broccoli.
