Cajun Soft-Shell Crabs Recipe

 Onion1 Small, minced
 Garlic3 Clove (15 gm), minced
 Minced parsley2 Tablespoon
 Red pepper flakes1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)

 Whole wheat bread crumbs2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Soft-shell crabs8 , cleaned
 Canola oil2 Tablespoon (For Brushing Skewers, Grid, And Crabs)

Melt margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
Saute onion and garlic, stirring occasionally.
Mix parsley, pepper, and chili powder.
Mix in bread crumbs and continue cooking until crumbs are slightly toasted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Thread crabs crosswise onto skewers.
Brush with oil.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for 6 minutes, turning once.
Crabs will turn a reddish color when done.
