Ingredients

 Water3 Quart
 Lemon1 Large, sliced
 Large shrimp4 Pound, unpeeled
 Vegetable oil2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot Sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, minced
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
 Dried basil1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Minced parsley1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Bring water and lemon to a boil; add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Place shrimp in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
Combine vegetable oil and remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over shrimp.
Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 8 hours.
Drain before serving.
