Cajun Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients
| Popping corn | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 teaspoon each ground cumin and garlic powder | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon each dried basil and thyme leaves | ||
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Using a hot-air popping machine, pop the corn into a large serving bowl and cover with foil to keep it hot. In a small saucepan, heat the oil over moderate heat for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute, then drizzle over the hot popcorn.
