Directions
1. Wash the wings, trim of the tips and cut them into winglets and drumettes.
2. Season them with the spice seasoning.
MAKING
3. Deep fry the wings in batches, in hot oil until nicely browned and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
4. Use a slotted spoon to remove onto a baking tray or foil container.
5. Continue to fry the remaining wings.
FINALIZING
6. In a saucepan, combine butter and hot sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer until thick.
7. Pour the sauce over the fried wings and toss them until well coated.
8. Let sit in the sauce for 5-10 minutes.
SERVING
9. Dish out and serve warm and bite into sticky spicy goodness!
