Cajun Chili Recipe
Ingredients
6 ounces spicy sausage links, sliced
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 can (15 ounces) black-eyed peas or kidney beans, drained
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green
Chilies
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
Directions
Lightly brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, onion and cayenne pepper; cook until browned.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
